Recipe: Garlic Mushroom Pasta

 
Garlic-Mushroom-Pasta

Simple and quick meals are my favorite! This one won’t take long to make and is so satisfying. It’s essentially a butter pasta with some mushrooms thrown in for an extra touch of fancy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 8 oz. fettuccine pasta

  • 4 bella mushrooms

  • 1 cup garlic breadcrumbs (or crushed garlic croutons)

Method:

  1. Smash and mince the 2 cloves of garlic

  2. Brown the garlic and butter together in the pan on medium heat

  3. Slice then cook the mushrooms in the butter at medium heat until fully cooked

  4. Cook the pasta in salted water and drain

  5. Combine the pasta with the mushroom mixture

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste

  7. Top with breadcrumbs
